Shipping Policy

Reko Supplements delivers to addresses across the United Kingdom. We do not currently ship outside the UK.

Delivery times and costs

Standard UK delivery: £2.99
Free delivery on orders over £40
Delivery time: 2–3 working days after dispatch

Order processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays are processed on the next working day.

When your order is dispatched, we'll email you a confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.

Delivery address

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We can update the address only if your order has not yet been dispatched.

Late, missing or damaged parcels

Delivery times are estimates. Occasionally couriers experience delays outside our control.
If your order hasn't arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, email us with your order number and we'll investigate with the courier.
If your parcel arrives damaged, or an item is missing or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.
