📦 Delivery Information

🇬🇧 UK Shipping Only
We currently deliver across the United Kingdom.

  • Standard Delivery: £2.99 (FREE on orders over £40)

  • Delivery Time: 2–4 working days

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours (Mon–Fri)

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can follow its journey.

🚫 Missed or Delayed Deliveries

If you haven't received your order within 5 working days, please contact us at support@rekosupplements.co.uk with your order number. We'll get it sorted as quickly as possible.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

We stand by the quality of our supplements. However, if you’re not completely satisfied or there’s an issue with your order, here’s what you need to know:

⚠️ Return Eligibility

  • We accept returns on unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery.

  • Due to health and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products unless defective.

💰 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
